#BEAUTY: Colours and contrasts

ITALIAN fashion house Pucci is revisiting Guerlain's iconic make-up products for Fall 2024.

This new campaign, celebrating colour in its boldest dimension, is a joint endeavour between Pucci artistic director Camille Miceli and Guerlain's creative make-up director Violette, resulting in a collection that celebrates intense colour contrasts.

Designed in 1968, the Marmo motif draws its inspiration from the ripples of the sun on the Mediterranean sea. Under Miceli's direction, Marmo has now adopted magnetic shades with psychedelic accents.

And, for this limited-edition collection, the Italian label's artistic director has cloaked the packs of the shades created for the occasion in this bold print. Gilt and bright colours combine in a beautiful enamel effect.

Rouge G takes pride of place in this autumnal collection. Relaunched in 2024, Guerlain's star lipstick has now been redesigned with a golden finish, in streamlined lines that make the jewel case look more modern and desirable and lip colours in deep, highly pigmented shades.

For this exclusive collaboration with Pucci, the Rouge G case has been adorned with undulations of the Marmo motif in an enamel finish effect combining gold and intense colours.

Guerlain's highly pigmented long-lasting eyeshadow quad, Ombres G, comes in four matte shades and along with Miceli, Violette has created a couture harmony, 045 Marmo Vibe, engraved with the signatures of both houses.

In this palette, the intensity of orange-red and violet serves as a foil to the radical contrast of black and white, to craft artistic and avant-garde looks. Ombres G's golden case also features the Marmo motif.
