Ed Sheeran powered through despite arm injury

KUALA LUMPUR: His arm injury from a bike accident didn't stop English singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran from pulling off a memorable performance during his concert last night at the Axiata Arena as part of the Sheeran's Divide World Tour.

This marks the multiple Grammy award-winning star’s second time in Malaysia as he first performed here in 2015 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

Last night's sold out concert was filled with fans singing their hearts out to hits like Thinking Out Loud, Perfect, and Photograph. The 26-year-old Sheeran also had his female fans weak in the knees when he sang his hit tune The A Team.

“It makes me feel so happy to see so many of you having fun tonight. Im happy to be back," he said.

Scheduled to start around 8.30pm, Sheeran kicked off the concert at about 8.45pm.

The Malaysian concert for Sheeran's tour was organised by PR Worlwide.
