KUALA LUMPUR: Popular actor Remy Ishak will soon release a biography titled Sedekad, which follows his decade-long journey as an actor.
The Pujaan Hati Kanda star said that the book, available next month, would detail his life experiences, including his struggle with depression.
“Through this book, readers will finally know who I really am as a person,” he said in a news report today. However, the 36-year-old artiste said that the story about his broken engagement to former fiancée, Ezza Yusof, would not be included since he did not see the need to open up about his love life.
“I didn’t see the need to include others in this biography as it is purely intended to be about me and my life as an artiste,” he said.
Remy first set his foot in showbiz in 2009, and made a name the same year after starring in popular television series Nur Kasih, which also starred actress Tiz Zaqyah.
He received Best Actor award for his role in Cun! at the Anugerah Skrin in 2011.
