KUALA LUMPUR: After Usher, singer Yunalis Zara’ai is collaborating with another American rapper, G-Eazy, for her latest single titled Blank Marquee.
The 32-year-old Los Angeles-based artiste had, since last week, been teasing her Twitter followers about her latest collaborator.
She tweeted: “Someone will be joining me on this track... can you guess who?”
And yesterday, she finally revealed the artiste being G-Eazy, the California-born rapper whose first major-label album, These Things Happen, released in 2014, peaked at No. 3 on the US Billboard that year.
Following her announcement, congratulatory messages streamed in by fellow artistes including Henry Golding, Daiyan Trisha and Indonesian singer Afgan.
This marks her second project with G-Eazy. They first teamed up in the remix version of Lights And Camera, Yuna’s 2013 single.
Besides G-Eazy and Usher for her hit single Crush, she recently collaborated with South Korean Epik High for No Different.
