#Showbiz: BTS' Jimin 'crowned' King of K-Pop

KUALA LUMPUR: A bandmember of the super popular K-Pop group BTS, Jimin has been named King of K-Pop 2019.

The 23-year-old artiste received the highest votes from fans across the globe via the website King Choice (kingchoice.me).

King Choice is the biggest international voting website for K-Pop world.

Jimin, whose full name is Park Ji-min, received more than 1.2 million votes, putting him ahead of singer and ex-member of Wanna One, Kang Daniel who is at second place.

Besides Jimin, his fellow bandmembers also made to the top five, with Kim Taehyung (V) in third placing, followed by Jungkook and RM in fourth and fifth position respectively.
