KUALA LUMPUR: Queen of Rock Ella Aminuddin has left many fans wondering when she deleted all the entries on her Instagram yesterday, leaving only one that read: "Thank you for the 35 years. Ella."
While many assumed that that could be a hint from the 56-year-old of a possible exit from her career, a representative from her management team known as Peah said it was just too soon for her to bid farewell to the music scene.
"However, I don't have an answer as to why she deleted all the photos on her IG. It's definitely a personal decision.
"It's better for us to wait for her to explain," he said.
Peah added that Ella had already become a household name, that it would seem a little far-fetched for her to make a sudden exit.
Instead, he said, the message left on her IG could simply mean that she wanted to thank all her fans who have supported her throughout the past 35 years she has been in the industry.
"Ella was touched by the heart-warming reception shown by fans when she performed in Tawau, Sabah recently. She couldn't believe that after all these years, her fans still remain loyal and enthusiastic."
