KUALA LUMPUR: Multi-talented Taiwanese singer, composer and actor Crowd Lu is set to return to Kuala Lumpur on May 27, as part of his C'Mon Live Concert tour.
The tour kicked off at the Kaohsiung Music Centre in 2021, with Lu being the first artiste to put on a solo concert at the new landmark for pop music in southern Taiwan.
This was followed by a large-scale performance in Singapore's Star Performing Arts Centre last August. Lu is also scheduled to perform in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, Australia next month.
Set to take the stage at the Plenary Hall, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre at 7pm, Lu is promoting his sixth album Healism which he released in December 2021.
It has him collaborating with acclaimed music producers Tiger Chung and Huang Shao Yong, and features tracks ranging from folk and ballad to rock, disco and bossanova.
Lu also partners with renowned Hong Kong lyricist Wymen Wong for the first time in the title track C'Mon.
Healism has earned Lu four nominations at the 2022 33rd Golden Melody Awards. These include Best Composition, Best Music Arrangement, Best Music Video and Best Mandarin Male Singer.
Lu's concert is presented by CK Star Entertainment.
