KUALA LUMPUR: South Korean singer-actress Lee Ji-Eun or IU will be back in Malaysia for two shows on June 8 and 9.
IU, 30, last performed in Malaysia on Dec 21, 2019 at the Axiata Arena in Bukit Jalil and this time, she will be entertaining fans at the same venue.
IU revealed on her official Facebook fanpage that the concert IU H.E.R. World Tour 2024 began in Seoul earlier this month and will see her performing in Osaka, Bangkok, London and Los Angeles among others until August.
She will be in Singapore on April 20 and 21, and tickets to that destination were sold out within three hours.
IU fans can purchase tickets, priced from 399 to RM949 and subject to a RM4 processing fee, from the official ticketing website my.bookmyshow.com.
IU, who debuted in 2008, has released many hit songs such as Celebrity, Eight, Bbibbi and Blueming.
She released an EP titled The Winning last Feb 20.
As an actress, IU has starred in K-dramas as Moon Lovers, Scarlet Heart Ryeo, My Mister and Hotel Del Luna.
