KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia's No.1 singer Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza's concert on Saturday at the Arena Of Stars, Genting Highlands in Pahang was a special occasion that featured a performance with her two children.
A special segment during the Siti Nurhaliza Cinta Di Awan concert, saw the award-winning songbird invite her children, Siti Aafiyah, 6 and Muhammad Afwa, 3, on stage to accompany her during a performance of her new song, Nadi.
Video clips of Aafiyah accompanying her mother on the piano have since gone viral after melting hearts of netizens.
In a Harian Metro report yesterday, Siti said that she had always wanted her daughter to be a part of her concert as Aafiyah was good at playing the piano.
"I have dreamed of Aafiyah's involvement for a long time. As everyone knows, Aafiyah is studying piano, so I wanted her to be my 'backup'.
"Not for a full song, but just being on stage to accompany me and it went well with Nadi that was made specifically for Aafiyah and Afwa," she said.
Nadi features lyrics that tell of Siti's struggle and unconditional love as a mother to her two children.
