#SHOWBIZ: Cokelat's Sept 7 concert is cancelled

KUALA LUMPUR: Indonesian pop-rock group Cokelat's coming concert at Zepp Kuala Lumpur, Bukit Bintang City Centre here on Sept 7 has been cancelled.

Its organiser Tanjak Global Services said in a statement yesterday that the concert was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

"This decision was made by both Cokelat and our company. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused," said the statement.

Tanjak added that fans of Cokelat could get full refunds for their purchased tickets.

The concert themed Cokelat Kembali was announced in June and marked their reunion after 12 years.

Cokelat comprises vocalist Kikan, guitarists Edwin and Ernest, bassist Ronny and drummer Ervin.

The band last performed in Malaysia 14 years ago.
