KUALA LUMPUR: Actor and singer Fattah Amin has earned praise from netizens following his decision to channel his commission for selling marinated lamb to a worthy cause.
The 34-year-old recently declined the commission for his effort in promoting the scrumptious meals to folk around the Klang Valley.
Instead, he donated his earnings by instructing the food company involved to channel the money to the underprivileged.
"Thank you, boss. But I am declining commission for this, for I want the proceeds to go to the needy," said Fattah in a recent Instagram post.
The post was shared by a food brand Pat Mat Western on Instagram, with the comment: "We salute him for not taking pay and working hard to serve the needy. He is such an inspiration to all Malaysians."
Fattah recently uploaded a brief video on social media promoting marinated lamb.
He also served drama production crew members on the set of one of his new projects.
