KUALA LUMPUR: Australian-based Malaysian actress Raja Ilya and her husband Trent Garrett have just welcomed their first son, Royal Abraham.

In an Instagram post yesterday, Raja Ilya said: "Trent likes unique names and among the dozens of names we have listed, he has chosen Royal."
"In the West, Royal is just a name, and does not denote royal descent."
Raja Ilya added that she chose Abraham for her son's name.
"In the end, we combined the two names because it was easier and we were both happy."
Raja Ilya also said that Talita was excited to welcome her younger brother.
"Talita was surprised when she saw her brother for the first time. Usually, when she wakes up in the morning she will look at my tummy and say good morning Royal."
Earlier, Raja Ilya revealed that she had a long journey to three hospitals before finding a suitable hospital to give birth.
Raja Ilya and Trent who were married in 2018 opened a special Instagram account for their son on July 27 and it now has more than 2,000 followers.
