Ducati unveils latest Panigale V4 in Malaysia

SUNGAI BULOH, Selangor: Ducati Malaysia has launched the latest model of Panigale V4 superbike, which represents an evolution in design, performance and riding experience for local superbike enthusiasts.

The new Panigale V4 can be ordered at Ducati Malaysia showrooms nationwide, with a starting price of RM182,900.

The Panigale V4 launch is expected to expand the number of Ducati fans in the country.

The latest model is powered by the new generation of Desmosedici Stradale engine which has a capacity of 1,103 cc, which is capable of producing up to 216 hp at 13,500 rpm.

With a combination of innovative engineering and aerodynamic design, the superbike promises an impressive riding experience.

The design of the Panigale V4 is also inspired by the iconic Ducati 916, with an aerodynamic design that reduces wind resistance, improves cooling, and provides more comfort to the rider.

This ensures optimal performance at high speeds while maintaining exceptional stability.

The Panigale V4 is also equipped with the katest electronic such as Ducati Vehicle Observer which combines MotoGP technology.

Riders are able to access comprehensive information and monitor the performance of the engine more accurately via a 6.9 inch TFT display.

Ducati Malaysia chief operating officer Dennis Michael shared his excitement on the latest model.

"With 20 confirmed orders, it's clear that Ducati fans in Malaysia are still enthusiastic about the Panigale. We are confident that this new generation will continue to attract the attention of fans with its exceptional performance and design," he said.

Panigale V4 comes with several improvements on its suspension and frame. Ducati's new Hollow Symmetrical Swingarm is designed to reduce lateral stiffness by up to 37 per cent, providing better mechanical grip and superior cornering stability.

The model also uses Brembo Hypure monobloc brakes that provide more precise control with better heat management.

The Ducati electronic suspension system (DES) 3.0 found on the Panigale V4 S uses Öhlins NPX-30 forks and provides better comfort on the road.

On the engine, the Panigale V4 has more advanced electronic control systems such as Ducati Traction Control (DTC), Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC), and Ducati Power Launch (DPL).

These systems work in harmony to provide a smooth and safe riding experience, whether on the circuit or the road.

The latest Panigale V4 display measures 6.9 inches with a resolution of 1280 x 480 pixels offer a clear and easy-to-read display.

Additionally, improved throttle control provides a more responsive and precise control, perfect for high-performance riding.

The company said the launch is proof of Ducati's commitment in offering high-quality models to fans in Malaysia.

Ducati Malaysia also introduced the exclusive Ducati Corse Credit financing plan which offers flexible installment facilities with an interest rate as low as 4.88 per cent, making Ducati ownership more accessible for local enthusiasts.

With a renewed tank and saddle design, the Panigale V4 now offers better comfort on the circuit and on the road.

The longer saddle position and refined foot pedal position give the rider a better aerodynamic position.

In addition, the new Panigale V4 is equipped with an e-CBS brake system that is able to automatically control the rear brake pressure, making the ride safer and more stable in various situations, especially when cornering.
