KUALA LUMPUR: Dialog Group Bhd has completed the farm-out agreement for a 20 per cent participating interest in the production sharing contract (PSC) for three fields, D35, D21 and J4, located offshore Sarawak. The agreement was signed between its wholly-owned Dialog Resources Sdn Bhd and ROC Oil (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd. It said the deal will reduce ROC’s participating interest in the PSC to 30 per cent. The remaining interest is held by Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd (40 per cent) and E&P Malaysia Venture Sdn Bhd (10 per cent). Dialog said its participation in the PSC is part of its strategy to grow its upstream assets and to continue to develop its upstream capabilities in oil and gas activities.
