SHAH ALAM: Selangor Menteri Besar Mohamed Azmin Ali today criticised his predecessor for not being able to settle the water industry restructuring during his six years long tenure but was hurling insults at him now.
He slammed his predecessor Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim for urging him to solve the water issue immediately or step down.
"It is never ending with this Khalid Ibrahim (tak habis-habis lah Khalid Ibrahim ini).
"He (Khalid) failed to solve (the water issue) for six years, I am just (Menteri Besar) for nine months," he told reporters after a Selangor PKR meeting at the Menteri Besar's official residence at Section 7, here, today.
Earlier today, Khalid issued a statement urging Azmin to stop dragging his feet in resolving Selangor's water problems or step down before it is too late.
