MALAYSIA is blessed with beautiful beaches, parks and old buildings, enough to attract tourists to this side of the world.
But Malaysians must change their attitude or else, this industry will be forgotten.
I am talking about cleanliness. Look at roadsides, especially after workers cut the grass.
These places are littered with plastic containers, polystyrene packs and used cans.
They were thrown by car passengers.
I have seen motorists in luxury cars throwing out rubbish.
Children throw rubbish in front of their parents and smokers throw cigarette butts from their windows.
Stop this act or risk turning the country into a huge dumping ground.
Parents should punish children while the authorities should issue summonses to this “dirty bunch”.
