KUALA LUMPUR: Gegar Vaganza Season 2 champion Siti Nordiana had a tough challenge on the final of the recently-concluded show, to deliver a song laden with high notes.
The tune, a 1992 hit Putus Terpaksa, was made popular by Ziana Zain, legendary for her powerful vocal stylings.
But Siti Nordiana delivered with excellent colours.
"That is a difficult number to sing. I managed to catch glimpses of her performance and thought she nailed it.
"I think Siti Nordiana proved her versatility as she was able to tackle not just Putus Terpaksa but other songs as well," said Ziana, when met at the Royal Chulan Hotel here today.
Ziana, 47, was there to attend a fashion show by bridal fashion house Altelia Amani.
Gegar Vaganza Season 2 final showdown was aired live last Sunday.
