"We are asking for help from Interpol's database because we have some information, although they are not conclusive, but it might help with the investigation," he told reporters in a press conference at Gombak police headquarters here today.
He said there was a police presence in Apartment Idaman, Damansara Damai in Petaling Jaya daily. The apartment is where Zayn Rayyan's family lives and where his body was found.
The investigation into the six-year-old boy's murder has entered its 18th day.
Zayn Rayyan was reported missing from his Block R Apartment Idaman on Dec 5, after his mother fetched him back from school at 12.30pm.
