KUALA LUMPUR: A Thai woman was killed after she fell from the 23rd floor of a condominium in Setia Alam.
In a statement, Shah Alam district police, Assistant Commissioner Mohd Iqbal Ibrahim said police received a report regarding the incident at about 10.02pm last night.
Mohd Iqbal said the woman is suspected to have been pushed by her partner, a 37-year-old lorry driver.
"️Police investigations revealed that the deceased was a 32-year-old unemployed Thai national woman. The deceased and the suspect were lovers in this case," said Mohd Iqbal.
He said witnesses alleged that during the incident, there was a quarrel between the deceased and the suspect.
"The deceased was seen being pushed from the 23rd floor and falling to the 7th floor of the condominium," he added.
The suspect, who tested positive for Cannabis, has seven criminal records and one drug record.
He was arrested at 10.10pm the same day
