PUTRAJAYA: The co-founder of e-commerce platform FashionValet, Datin Vivy Yusof, left the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) headquarters at 4pm today.
Accompanied only by her lawyer, Shaarvin Raaj Selva Kumar, and escorted by an MACC officer, she left the building without her husband and fellow co-founder, Datuk Fadzaruddin Shah Anuar.
They were seen departing in the couple's black multi-purpose vehicle (MPV).
Earlier, Vivy and her husband arrived at the MACC headquarters at 2.34pm. This marks their third consecutive day assisting MACC investigations under Section 18 of the MACC Act 2009.
The investigation concerns alleged losses totalling RM43.9 million from investments made by Khazanah Nasional Berhad (Khazanah) and Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB) in FashionValet.
Vivy and Fadzaruddin are among nine individuals whose statements have been recorded. MACC recently conducted raids at four locations, including a ministry and FashionValet's office, which has been linked to the case.
Simultaneous raids also took place at the Finance Ministry (MoF), Khazanah Nasional Bhd (Khazanah), and Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB).
Earlier today, Public Accounts Committee (PAC) chairman Datuk Mas Ermieyati Samsudin announced that proceedings regarding the investment losses suffered by Khazanah and PNB in FashionValet will commence next month.
