BALING: The Ulu Legong Hot Springs Recreation Centre here has regained momentum, attracting 17,501 visitors throughout November, the most it has recorded since the centre was plagued with the rotavirus issue earlier this year.
Its manager Mardziah Muhamad Razi recently told Bernama it was evident that the recreation centre had regained the trust of the people, and that the recovery plan had succeeded.
She expects the number of visitors to increase towards the end of the year with the school holidays still on, coupled with the Christmas and New Year breaks.
"We do not have the official statistics for this month. However, what's certain is the recreation centre has been full every day of the week, and even during the night, since the school holidays began.
"This has been made possible due to the good weather, as well as the improved facilities,” she added. — BERNAMA
