KUALA LUMPUR: Petronas has affirmed the death of a second crew member of the MV Dayang Topaz, which collided with platform structures and capsized at the Baram oil field, this morning.
In a statement, the company said the collision occurred after the vessel's anchor wire snapped due to strong currents.
