PUCHONG: California State University Sacramento (CSUS) alumni from different graduating years held a reunion here recently.
Those gathered prayed for the safety of flood victims in several states and hoped they recover well from the catastrophe.
"The reunion was bittersweet due the hardship faced by fellow Malaysians," said Datuk Ahmad Nawawi Zin, president of the Malaysian Students Society CSUS (1988).
Almost 50 alumni members and spouses attended the gathering which adhered to all Standard Operating Procedures.
"We plan to make this reunion a yearly affair and continue our friendship and close ties."
The reunion was over two days and there was a lot of reminiscing and catching up after many years of not meeting.
