KUALA LUMPUR: Blogger Raja Petra Kamarudin has uploaded what is claimed to be the full report by the special task force (STF) which investigated allegations made by former attorney-general Tan Sri Tommy Thomas in his memoirs entitled "My Story: Justice in the Wilderness".
A link to the 822-page PDF file was made available in his latest post on www.malaysia-today.net titled Rahsia: Laporan Siasatan Ke Atas Buku Tommy Thomas, "My Story: Justice In The Wilderness".
The PDF file contains 228 pages of investigation report, while the rest are made up of appendixes.
Among the recommendations made by STF to the government is for the relevant enforcement agencies to investigate the possibility the following offences being committed under Section 124I and 203A of the Penal Code, Section 4 of the Sedition Act 1948, Section 8 of the Official Secrets Act 1972, and Section 23 Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Act 2009.
On Oct 9 last year, the cabinet agreed to set up the STF to conduct a preliminary study before any action is taken on Thomas's allegations in his book.
The book received a lot of criticism from various quarters including the Attorney-General Chambers, politicians, lawyers and the public, for allegedly containing elements of incitement, slander and insult.
