KANGAR: Menteri Besar Shukri Ramli said he will leave it to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) on the false claims probe by the anti-graft busters against his son.
"I will leave the matter to the full discretion of the MACC (on its investigation into the case). There is nothing to worry about or fear over the matter.
"I will address the matter during the state assembly sitting tomorrow. That is all from me now," he said.
Earlier, it was reported that the MACC obtained a remand order on a son of a menteri besar to facilitate its investigation into a false claim case totalling RM600,000.
A source said an officer attached to the same menteri besar was also remanded in the case.
