BALIK PULAU: The Balik Pulau Fire and Rescue Department was called in today to transport the remains of a woman, weighing 250kg, for burial.
Operations Commander Mohd Ferdus Ishak said they received a call from Kampung Permatang Pasir here at 9.39am.
"We helped transport the remains of the 66-year-old woman to the Titi Teras Muslim cemetery."
Ferdus said they used a three-tonne lorry, with the help of four personnel, including a supervisor, and the villagers.
