KUALA LUMPUR: Former Majalah 3 host Abdullah Sidek Majin, 58, died at 11pm yesterday at the Slim River Hospital, Perak.
The news was shared by his eldest son, Luqman Sidek, 28.
Luqman said he received news that his father had suffered a fall at his grandmother's house in Kampung Lubuk Salak, Tanjung Malim, earlier.
Abdullah Sidek was then taken to the hospital for treatment. He was previously suffering from stage four lymphoma cancer.
Luqman said a medical officer who conducted an examination on Abdullah Sidek confirmed that his father had stopped breathing.
The funeral is expected to take place at the Cabang Lima Islamic cemetery in Tanjung Malim at 10.30am today.
He leaves behind a wife, Khairana Sabtu, and five children.
