Minda 2024 honors entrepreneurs, businesses for their contributions to the economy

KUALA LUMPUR: The Federation of Malaysian Business Associations (FMBA) is organising the Malaysia Industry Awards 2024, also known as Minda 2024, to recognise and honor local entrepreneurs and businesses for their outstanding  achievements, talent, and contributions to the Malaysian economy.

In a rapidly evolving global market, the need to highlight and reward excellence has never been more crucial.

This year, Minda 2024 will feature four main award categories, each designed to  spotlight different aspects of business excellence:

1. Annual Achievement Awards:

The Annual Achievement Awards celebrate businesses that have shown consistent performance and growth over the past year.

This category is dedicated to those who have demonstrated exceptional financial performance, expansion, and sustainability.

Award recipients in this category are leaders in their fields, setting benchmarks for others to follow.

2. Industry Excellence Awards:

The Industry Excellence Awards recognise businesses that have excelled in their respective industries.

This award is for companies that have not only shown superior performance but have also contributed significantly to the industry's development.

Factors such as market leadership, innovation, and customer satisfaction are taken into consideration.

3. Industry Innovation Awards:

The Industry Innovation Awards honor those who have introduced groundbreaking products, services, or processes.

It celebrates creativity, originality, and the courage to take risks.

Companies that have transformed their industries through innovation are the focus of this category.

4. Industry Outstanding Awards:

The Industry Outstanding Awards are reserved for businesses that have achieved remarkable milestones and have made substantial contributions to the economy.

This award is for those who have demonstrated outstanding leadership, resilience, and vision.

In alignment with the FMBA's commitment to social responsibility, Minda 2024 will incorporate a significant charitable component as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.

This year, a portion of the event's proceeds will be dedicated to supporting local charities and non-profit organisations that work tirelessly to improve the lives of underprivileged communities in Malaysia.
