Full water recovery expected on June 7 [WATCH]

KUALA LUMPUR: The restoration progress of water supply of areas affected by the water cuts has reached 18.4 per cent at 9am today

According to Air Selangor, the recovery of water supply in these areas is anticipated to increase to approximately 20 per cent by 3pm today, followed by a projected 90 per cent by 3am on Friday.

Full recovery is expected by noon tomorrow.

In a statement, Air Selangor highlighted that the duration of this water supply recovery in the affected regions will vary based on consumers' locations and water pressure within the distribution system. 

A list detailing areas currently experiencing scheduled water supply disruptions, along with their expected full recovery times, has been provided.

Air Selangor advised consumers who have or will regain access to their water supply to let the taps run until the water runs clear before utilising it for daily consumption.

Additionally, Air Selangor urges consumers to use water judiciously to facilitate a smooth recovery process in other affected areas as per the schedule.
