Soldier missing after failing to report for duty at Terendak Camp

MELAKA: A soldier has been reported missing after he failed to report for duty at Terendak Camp in Sungai Udang, after taking leave at the end of June.

Melaka Tengah district police chief ACP Christopher Patit said Muhammad Fakhrullah Nazri, 21, was reported to have left his home in Tanjung Kling at around 810 pm on June 24 to report to the camp.

He added that the victim's family filed a report at Tanjung Kling Police Station on July 20 after he could not be contacted or traced.

"The victim was last seen leaving home on June 24 riding a green Yamaha 135LC motorcycle with registration number MBR 7230.
