MERSING: A 64-year-old man was pronounced dead after he was brought down unconscious from the roof of his home in Kampung Felda Nitar, here, today.
District Fire and Rescue Department commander Mohamed Zainuddin Ahmad said firefighters were dispatched after being alerted of a man spotted lying motionless on the roof of his house on Jalan Anggerik, about noon.
Rescuers brought the man down, however, accompanying medical officers pronounced him dead.
