ALOR GAJAH: An eight-month-old baby boy was found unconscious before being pronounced dead at a daycare centre in Kelemak, here, today.
The baby was discovered unconscious at approximately 9.15am this morning.
It is understood that the baby had only been sent to the daycare for a few days.
A check at the scene around 7.30pm showed that the police forensic team was on the premises to carry out further investigations.
Family members and acquaintances of the baby's parents were seen at the Alor Gajah Hospital forensic unit, waiting for the post-mortem examination to be completed.
