SEREMBAN: Members of the public at Seremban's Terminal 1 bus station were taken by surprise when a car fell from the upper-level parking and landed on another vehicle this afternoon.
The incident, which occurred around 12.30pm, involved a car that was parked on the first-floor parking area before plunging to the ground floor.
A witness, who was a bus passenger, said a loud crash could be heard and they saw that the car had crashed on the road.
"Several bystanders approached the vehicle and saw that there was a man in his 20s in the driver's seat.
"I could not tell the extent of his injuries, but there appeared to be blood on his head.
"Meanwhile, the other car involved, had no driver or passengers inside as it was just parked there," said the witness, who wished to remain anonymous.
The witness also mentioned that the road barriers were damaged following the crash.
"The car driver was then taken to the hospital by members of the public. The driver was able to walk when he was moved to another car to be transported to the hospital.
"Based on what I could see from outside, the other car was only damaged on its front."
Meanwhile, Seremban district police chief Assistant Commissioner Mohamad Hatta Che Din confirmed the incident and said a report relating to the matter had been received.
