KUALA LUMPUR: Former Radio Televisyen Malaysia (RTM) news presenter Zaini Yuhyi died last night, according to his brother Zuhri Yuhyi confirmed on Facebook.
"With deep sorrow, we inform you that Zaini Yuhyi, my eldest brother, returned to the mercy of Allah last night at 8pm," he said.
According to the Malaysia Gazette, the body was brought to Masjid Kota Damansara around 9.30am for bathing, shrouding and funeral prayers.
Zuhri said the funeral prayers were held at the mosque immediately after Zohor prayers today.
"He will be buried at Tanah Perkuburan Kota Damansara, Seksyen 9," he said.
