HRD Corp hosts Southeast Asia's largest human capital event

THE rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI) globally has significantly enhanced human capital development.

AI-driven learning platforms and virtual assistants support employees' skills development and knowledge acquisition, helping them adapt to changing job demands and remain competitive in the international job market.

The upcoming National Human Capital Conference and Exhibition (NHCCE) 2024 aims to address the critical conversation surrounding the role of AI in the workplace and its implications for the future of work and the workforce.

Scheduled for Sept 30 to Oct 2 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre, the conference will explore ways to tackle challenges and leverage opportunities presented by the growth of AI for the region's workforce and talent.

With the theme "Humanising Artificial Intelligence (AI) for the Future Workforce," delegates will engage in discussions to share best practices for reskilling and upskilling, ensuring they remain at the forefront of the AI revolution across different sectors.

Additionally, they will focus on fostering international collaboration in developing AI solutions that complement human strengths and advocate for investment in AI-driven research and development to create job opportunities throughout the region.

The conference will feature over 30 distinguished human capital leaders, forward-thinking human resource professionals and subject matter experts as speakers.

More than 300 reputable exhibitors will showcase the latest innovations in upskilling models, new technologies and well-being platforms.

Participants can look forward to a variety of activities, including the Silence Conference, interactive sessions, networking cocktails, business matching and master classes.
