KAJANG: Two lorries got into an accident at the Semenyih toll plaza of the Kajang-Seremban (Lekas) Highway near here.
Fire and Rescue Department operations commander Muhamad Hafizul Kasad said the accident involving two 20-tonne lorries took place at 9.04am today.
He said a driver in one of the lorries, in his 40s, was trapped in the vehicle cabin after the crash.
"The Fire and Rescue Department personnel successfully carried out the rescue operation and freed the victim," he added.
Fortunately, the man only sustained minor injuries and was subsequently handed over to the Health Ministry personnel who arrived with the firemen for medical care.
