KUALA LUMPUR: A video of a restaurant owner gifting a Myvi to his employee of three years went viral on social media, with netizens collectively showing their approval for the gesture.
A video shared on Facebook by user @AmzKuching depicted the restaurant owner, identified as Mr Damith, visiting a car showroom to surprise his employee with a brand new Myvi as a token of gratitude for the employee's hard work and dedication.
Damith mentioned that his employee had been a part of his team for over three years at the restaurant.
"Before joining us, he faced difficulties finding employment and struggled with negative influences. Since joining, he has performed exceptionally well and consistently maintained his dedication," he said.
The two-minute video also captured the employee's emotional reaction upon receiving the gift. He graciously accepted the owner's gesture and embraced him to convey his appreciation and gratitude.
The heartwarming video has received over 4,800 likes on Facebook, eliciting positive reactions from viewers.
