KUALA LUMPUR: It was a cute sight for many netizens when they watched a young boy helping his father to wash dishes at a roadside stall.
A video of the little one, standing alongside an adult, believed to be his father led to netizens praising the boy for his hard work.
Wearing a light green sleeveless T-shirt and matching shorts, the boy is seen standing on top of a plastic chair, rinsing plates and containers under a tap.
The father was seen 'supervising' the boy as he rinsed each of plate that had been lathered.
After rinsing the plates, the boy carefully places them on a dish rack.
The three-year-old was so focused in his role and wouldn't even look up at the person recording him and his father at the stall.
The stall was located by a roadside. The video was shared by TeeJa.Zunaidi and posted about four days ago.
It has so far gained over 60,000 likes and shared more than 8,000 times.
The comments below the post were mostly complimenting to the child for his ability. Some people also praised the boy's parents for raising him well.
Arina B and Eliya Chung said the boy was able to mix chores and play.

Other social media users such as Ohsem Attire joked about how the boy might be exploited for cheap labour.
However, many people talked about how cute he looked in doing the dishes.
