KUALA LUMPUR: A school guard has been praised by Netizens for caring for an autistic child.
Cik NaNaa posted a video on TikTok of an autistic child gently touching her face in a playful manner, while expressing admiration and calling her beautiful.
She said she could not bring herself to be angry as even her own son didn't touch her in that way.
"Autistic children need to be entertained. They could become distressed if they aren't entertained."
The school at where Cikna works accommodates children with autism.
"Just be patient and treat them well," she said.
The video has garnered more than 687,500 views and 28,600 likes.
