KUALA LUMPUR: A TikTok video featuring Port Klang assemblyman Azmizam Zaman Huri highlighting the appalling state of roads at the industrial zone of Bandar Sultan Suleiman, Klang went viral recently.
In the video, Azmizan is seen calling for the Public Works Department (JKR) Director General Datuk Roslan Ismail to repair the stretch.
He criticised Roslan for his inaction and claimed that the latter had not visited the site since he took office in June this year.
Thus, he gave Roslan a week to resolve the issue before he launched a protest together with other road users in the area.
He added that Roslan should step down from his position if he failed to fix the problems.
The video received support from TikTok users with @mrpario agreed for Roslan to step down from his position.
Meanwhile, other users also questioned the role of the Selangor JKR and other government agencies in solving this issue.
