KUALA LUMPUR: A mother's unwavering love shines through as viral footage captures her cycling at night to get help for her sick child.
The video, shared on TikTok by @danialhaikall_, shows the mother pedalling swiftly to guide an ambulance to her home deep in an oil palm plantation, while her child suffers an epileptic seizure.
The caption reveals that the ambulance had contacted her earlier, struggling to locate her home, despite her providing the emergency services with directions from a nearby hospital.
Cycling for 15 minutes to reach the ambulance, the mother refused to ride inside and insisted on continuing to cycle in the dark to lead them home.
Her actions have earned her praise, with the video amassing 456,400 views and 34,200 likes.
User @bungamelor62 said a mother would do anything for her child, noting that her thoughts must have been focused on her sick child's wellbeing.
