KUALA LUMPUR: Two men from Perak, who are on a journey from Bagan Serai, to Makkah, Saudi Arabia, for haj next year, have almost reached Thailand after 10 days of walking.
In a video posted by TikTok user @qoryellia, Bukhari and Azizul said they were about to reach Bukit Kayu Hitam to pass through the Malaysia-Thailand border.
The two said they would be at the Dewan Selawat Raudhah Muhibbin in Jitra, Kedah, tonight.
On Dec 1, they started their journey from Bagan Serai and reached Kepala Batas, Penang, on Dec 4.
Their journey received enormous support from social media users.
Many people wished for their safe journey.
TikTok user @airasummayyah prayed that they would be protected by God during their journey and arrive safely in Makkah.
During the journey, Bukhari and Azizul were invited by several people to visit them.
