PUTRAJAYA: As of 12.15am, Perikatan Nasional is leading the race with 35 seats from 112 official results.
Election Commission chairman Tan Sri Abdul Ghani Salleh said Pakatan Harapan was next with 33 seats, including one from the Malaysian United Democratic Alliance, followed by Gabungan Parti Sarawak (20) and Barisan Nasional (16).
He said Gabungan Rakyat Sabah has garnered four seats and parti Warisan two and Parti Bangsa Malaysia one, with the remaining seat won by an independent candidate.
"As of 12.15am, the total number of seats (that have been counted) are 112 seats," he said during a press conference at the EC headquarters here today
