Jempol: A banner urging voters of the Serting state legislative assembly (DUN) to reject the Barisan Nasional (BN) candidate has gone viral on social media.
The statement on the banner alleges that the BN candidate for the Serting seat, Zamri Omar, is not the choice of the voters in the constituency. Voters claim that they prefer a local candidate from DUN Serting.
The actual location where the banner was put up remains unknown.
When contacted via WhatsApp, Muhamad Zamri declined to comment but mentioned that the banner had already been taken down by party officials.
