KOTA BARU: Caretaker Deputy Menteri Besar Datuk Mohd Amar Nik Abdullah has won the Panchor seat with 18,700 votes.
Unofficial results puts Pakatan Harapan's Syed Mohd Alidustur Syed Mohd Zain as obtaining 8,014 votes.
The Panchor state seat is among seven hot seats in Kelantan in this state election.
Unofficial results have also put PH as winning the Kota Lama state seat with a majority of 202 votes.
