KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has hit back at Pas president Tan Sri Abdul Hadi Awang for saying Umno was worse than "Dajjal".
"The ones who are dajjal are them (Pas)," the Umno president said.
Previously, Hadi, in a statement, accused Umno of being corrupt for working with Pakatan Harapan.
He accused Umno and PH, which are part of the unity government, of using money from taxes to their advantage while oppressing the opposition by denying its representatives allocation.
Hadi said this proved Umno and PH are "worse than the dajjal" who does not collect tax.
"This proves they are worse than the dajjal, who does not collect taxes," Hadi said in the statement.
