IF ever a major war breaks out, the United States, Britain and the European Union must be blamed.
Call it the Whiteland, the fertile soil where Islamophobia is actively cultivated.
Israel can, with impunity, steal the land of the Palestinians, drive them out in an exodus not seen in seven decades or slaughter them if they don't leave.
Yet, London and Brussels, led by Washington, urge the Zionist regime on a warpath with ceaseless supply of weapons, even as Israel sends in its soldiers into Lebanon, a sovereign country.
To them, the Palestinians can't rise up and defend themselves against the rabid proxy that Israel is, in the words of a British analyst.
Nor can the Palestinians, caged like animals in their own land for 57 years, be helped by fellow Muslim nations.
Yes, even humanitarian aid is prohibited by genocidal Israel.
The world has watched Tel Aviv not only stop but bomb vehicles carrying food and medicines into Palestine, a clear indication of genocidal intent.
After repeated murders of its nuclear scientists and government officials in and outside Iran — a violent breach of international law — and in defence of Palestinians, Iran launched 200 missiles into Israel.
And that, too, after pleading with Washington to stop Benjamin Netanyahu from waging a war with Lebanon.
But what did the US and Britain do? Urged Israel on in its murderous campaign to turn the Middle East into a muddle, saying "we are with Tel Aviv".
Expect more men and war machines from these countries to be on the ground in the Middle East.
The US, a permanent United Nations Security Council member, could have shown moral leadership, but it chose not to. Little wonder, The Guardian, often a voice for the West and fanatical Israel, was moved to bemoan the death of Washington's moral leadership in a lengthy editorial on Wednesday.
Washington, with the help of its Western allies, has also drained all meaning out of the term rules-based world order by its ironclad support for Israel even when it knows fully well that its soldiers are committing genocide of Palestinians on orders of Netanyahu, whose delirious drive for war is just to save his political career.
Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is right. Israel's attacks on Lebanon, Syria and Yemen are to divert attention from its atrocities against Palestinians.
We add Iran to this Israeli attack list, which is certainly set to grow, as Netanyahu's deranged plan for Greater Israel expands.
Israel is its own enemy, no thanks to Whiteland syndrome. Islamophobia rules, but it is not okay.
Malaysia has made this clear at the 79th UN General Assembly.
Is a regional or even a third World War inevitable? Certainly not.
But behaviours must change. One thing is a given. Israel is not going to change.
It has been a rabid rogue state for 79 years. This is why the change must start with the UNSC.
The US has repeatedly blocked the UNSC from punishing Israel for its atrocities against the Palestinians.
It even blocks the International Criminal Court (ICC) from issuing warrants of arrest against Netanyahu and his frenzied cabinet members.
How not to be a rogue state with such impunity-inducing support?
