A Malaysia for all with Madani Economy

LETTERS: People are hoping that Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's Madani Economy framework will enable the country to experience more robust economic growth.

This can break the chain of generational poverty, stimulated by measures such as green technology and renewable energy.

A boost to this would be an improvement of the education system, involving a more expansive technical and vocational education and training (TVET) programme.

TVET training will provide the nation with a technical workforce, necessary to serve the kinds of corporations Malaysia needs to attract.

If these can be worked on, we can stop the brain drain as well.

For decades, Malaysia has been losing gifted students to institutions abroad due to limited opportunities for scholarships or even admission to institutions of higher learning here.

Many times those studying overseas have decided to have a career there after finishing their studies.

Hopefully, a growing economy and a stable administration can attract the young and future generations to play their part in Malaysia's growth.

In addition, we must replace extremism, bigotry and racism with justice, equality and diversity.

Then we can celebrate a Malaysia for all Malaysians.
