KUALA LUMPUR: SP Setia Bhd has unveiled its Rimba Villa residential project, sprawled on a 29.2-hectare (ha) freehold land in Setia Alam with a gross development value (GDV) of RM645 million.
In a statement today, the company said Rimba Villa, located in its flagship township’s exclusive forested enclave, was expected for completion in 2020.
It will comprise 430 double-storey linked semi-detached units with built-ups ranging from 2,653 square feet (sq ft) to 2,769 sq.ft and land size of 32ft x 75ft each.
The units have an indicative price of around RM1.45 million each.
Over 300 invited guests were given a glimpse of the much-awaited project today as Phase One, comprising 168 units of double-storey linked semi-detached units, was unveiled in a private preview.
Rimba Villa collection offers modern tropical-style living with layouts of four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
As at June 30, 2017, SP Setia has 31 ongoing projects, with an effective remaining landbank of 2,180.8ha with a GDV of RM80.0 billion and total unbilled sales of RM8.0 billion.
