Low Yat Group has ambitious plans for Bandar Tasik Puteri in Rawang

KUALA LUMPUR: The mid-market Bandar Tasik Puteri (BTP) township is the subject of ambitious plans by Low Yat Group, which promise outstanding designs and alluring amenities that will further improve residents' quality of life.

After Phase 2's success, the company recently revealed Phase 3 of Perdana Park, a high-rise residential development in BTP, according to Rawang Lakes Sdn Bhd's general manager of area property (development and management), Andrew Goh.

Perdana Park consists of two 15-storey towers that will be developed by Rawang Lakes, a Low Yat subsidiary.

It offers inexpensive homes with stylish interiors and roomy floor plans starting at RM346,000, according to Goh.

These homes range in size from 850 to 950 square feet.

According to Goh, prospective buyers have a variety of options, including type A intermediate lots, type B corner lots, and type D corner lots.

He urged potential purchasers to take advantage of this chance to get their ideal units in Perdana Park's Phase 3, given the remarkable response thus far.

According to Goh, Perdana Park offers a tranquil refuge that has been specially created for young, contemporary families.

He stressed that the project's cutting-edge amenities and alluring aesthetics satisfy the public's hunger for urban life.

The 1.2-acre recreational park is open to locals and includes a workout area, playground for kids, multipurpose court, swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, café, and reflexology circle.

According to Goh, further amenities are being built, including a play lawn, a water play area, and a gazebo.

The township has access to a number of developments, including Tasik Puteri Golf & Country Club, Golfview Residence Clubhouse, and Central Park.
